1. What you are authorizing
By accepting these terms, you authorize PowerDoctor to process the data you provide and the data from the accounts you choose to connect, for the sole purpose of generating analyses, recommendations, plans and marketing materials for your clinic, within the platform.
2. Specific consent items
2.1. Strategic Profile. You authorize the processing of your diagnostic answers, including data about the structure, operation, patient service and goals of your clinic.
2.2. Audio recordings. When you answer by audio, you authorize the recording to be stored and transcribed to text, so the agents can use the content as context.
2.3. Uploaded materials. You authorize the analysis of screenshots, reports, images and documents you attach. You undertake not to upload materials containing patients' personal data.
2.4. Connection to Meta platforms. You authorize PowerDoctor to access, read-only, data from your Instagram professional profile and your Facebook Page, including posts and performance metrics, and, if you specifically authorize it, performance data from your advertising campaigns.
2.5. Connection to Google platforms. You authorize PowerDoctor to access, read-only, data from your Google Business Profile, including public reviews and performance metrics, and, when connected, data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console for your website.
2.6. Generation and delivery of documents. You authorize the reports, plans and materials produced to be saved to your account and sent to your email.
3. What PowerDoctor does not do
- Does not publish, reply, delete or send messages on your behalf
- Does not create, edit or pause advertisements on your behalf
- Does not access private messages exchanged with your patients
- Does not use your data to train artificial intelligence models
- Does not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes
- Does not show your data to other students
4. Free and revocable consent
This consent is free, informed and specific. You may withdraw it at any time, in whole or in part, without affecting your access to the course.
Declining to connect accounts does not prevent you from using the platform. In that case, the agents will work only with the information you provide manually, and you will be told which analyses are not possible without that data.
To withdraw: disconnect the account within the platform, or write to suporte@powerdoctor.com.br.
5. Consent checkbox wording
Before starting the Strategic Profile, mandatory, two separate checkboxes:
- I have read and agree to PowerDoctor's Privacy Policy and Consent Terms.
- I authorize the processing of my Strategic Profile answers, including any audio recordings I submit, so that the artificial intelligence agents can generate analyses and recommendations for my clinic.
When connecting an account, platform-specific consent:
- I authorize PowerDoctor to access, read-only, data from my Instagram account and Facebook Page, including posts and performance metrics, to generate marketing analyses exclusively for me. I may revoke this authorization at any time.
- I authorize PowerDoctor to access, read-only, data from my Google Business Profile and any Google tools I connect, to generate marketing analyses exclusively for me. I may revoke this authorization at any time.
No checkbox is pre-selected. The consent record stores date, time, document version and IP address.
