How to request deletion of your data
1. Disconnect a platform. To delete only the data obtained from Instagram, Facebook or Google, go to Conexões da Íris in the application and click Disconnect. Data obtained from that platform is deleted within 30 days.
You may also remove access directly on the source platform:
- Instagram: Settings, Apps and websites
- Facebook: Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Delete all of your data. Email suporte@powerdoctor.com.br with the subject "Data deletion" and the email registered on the platform. We confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 15 days, notifying you once it is done.
What is deleted
Account data, Strategic Profile answers, audio recordings and transcripts, uploaded materials, conversations with the agents, generated documents, and all data obtained from connected platforms.
What is retained, and why
Records required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, such as tax records of enrollment and access logs required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework, kept for the legal period and not used for any other purpose.
